Let’s make this process seamless so we can get down to business! â€‹You have a vision for your event, and we have created packages that can bring your vision to a reality.

Please note, you are purchasing a service, not the alcohol. Based on our consultation, you will be responsible for purchasing the quantity of beer, wine, liquor, seltzers, and champagne that is required for the event.

The Classic Pour

The Classic Pour

  • Consultation

  • One Insured and Certified Mandatory Alcohol Server Training  Bartenders

    • 2 Bartenders will be required for more than 120 guests  

  • 4 hours of Pour Service 

  • Cups, Ice, Straws, Mixers, Garnishes included

  • Travel up to 20 miles (Additional distance will be added at $.65/mile) 

  • Mobile bar top that can be moved to any location at your venue

  • Decor to match your theme

The Signature Sip

  • Up to three mixed drinks of your choice

  • Option to include a Jockey Box Keg Dispenser, a machine that helps pour kegs, (Co2 included) if kegs are wanted.

How it works

A few things to note:

  • Additional bartender is $50 an hour.

  • Additional hour of bartender service is $100 an hour. 

  • A 25% retainer fee along with a signed contract will secure your date. The remaining balance is due the week before your event to ensure that you aren’t dealing with payment right before your event.

  • A full refund will be given for cancellations 90 days before your event date. If canceled after 90 days from the event, your retainer is non-refundable. 

  • We will accommodate postponed events for unforeseen circumstances or weather pending the date is available.

  • ​At Sweet Swigs, we keep our pricing reasonable by supplementing with tips. We will supply a tip jar for the bar. If you prefer we forgo a tip jar, a 20% gratuity will be added to your package price. 

  • We are experienced bartenders and will give a great service, which may also include carding guests and cutting people off. We are here to make sure your event runs smoothly without you knowing problems if they are to arise.
